Smoque is partnering with Smokin' Joe's School of BBQ. Barry will be talking about his method for choosing and preparing St. Louis ribs and will be preparing some of his favorite BBQ-related recipes. Featured recipes: St. Louis Ribs, Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos and BBQ Gumbo. May require time outside, please dress appropriately. $65/person. To register call 847-907-0046.
