A Humble Apology


To our customers,

If you ordered food from us between the hours of 6 and 8 this past Friday or Saturday night, there’s a really good chance that you waited an inordinate amount of time and suffered a frustrating experience.

First, I want to tell you that I am sorry for this and that we know how unacceptable it is. In the interest of keeping our staff employed and everyone safe, we are learning, on the fly, how to do business in an entirely different way. And candidly, this weekend has been quite literally a crash course. And unfortunately, our customers, to whom we are enormously grateful for supporting us during this extraordinary time, paid the price.

Please know that we understand that these are our problems to solve and we are 100% committed to solving them as quickly as humanly possible.

Effective immediately, we are no longer using our 3rd party delivery services during peak dinner hours (after 4 pm) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. While we recognize that these services offer a convenience to our customers, it has also become increasingly clear that, through them, we are unable to deliver the kind of consistent, timely, and dependable service that our customers deserve.

We will still be taking both phone orders and online orders for curbside pickup through our website during these busy periods.

Again, thank you for supporting us during this strange and difficult time and for your patience as we continue to adapt our operation to meet the moment and deliver the exceptional experience that has always been top priority.
