Line Cook

This is a general kitchen position that is responsible for assembly and plating of customer orders. Significant prior kitchen or cooking experience is not required.

Summary of Position:

Hours will range from 35-45/wk based on performance and dependability
Must be available to be scheduled for shifts between the hours of 11am-11pm Tuesday through Sunday. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsible for food assembly functions including:

Preparing customer orders
Plating or bagging orders
Ensuring food quality is up to Smoque standards
Sanitation practices and cleanliness of kitchen
Timely and accurate assembly of customer orders
Other tasks as assigned by the Line Supervisor

Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Must be dependable
