Line Cook

This is a general kitchen position that is responsible for assembly and plating of customer orders. Significant prior kitchen or cooking experience is not required.

Summary of Position:

  • Hours will range from 35-45/wk based on performance and dependability
  • Must be available to be scheduled for shifts between the hours of 11am-11pm Tuesday through Sunday. Weekend availability is mandatory.

Responsible for food assembly functions including:

  • Preparing customer orders
  • Plating or bagging orders
  • Ensuring food quality is up to Smoque standards
  • Sanitation practices and cleanliness of kitchen
  • Timely and accurate assembly of customer orders
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Line Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Must be dependable
